Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by 103 Software Solution LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Description

103 Software Solution LLC provides custom software development, AI-powered automation systems, internal dashboards, client portals, and related technical consulting services. All services are provided on a project basis with specific terms outlined in individual project agreements.

Project Agreements

Each project will have a separate statement of work (SOW) or project agreement that outlines:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components in future projects.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We are prepared to work under NDA when required for sensitive projects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 103 Software Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination & Refunds

Either party may terminate a project agreement as outlined in the specific project terms. Clients are responsible for payment of work completed prior to termination. For detailed information about refunds, cancellations, and what happens if payment fails, please see our Billing & Payments page.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
