Discovery & Strategy Fees
Fully refundable if you decide not to proceed within 7 days of our initial consultation. After strategy work begins, fees are non-refundable as they cover time already invested.
Milestone Payments
Each milestone is invoiced upon completion. Once a milestone is delivered and approved, that payment is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you'll only pay for work completed up to that point.
Subscription Plans
Cancel anytime with no penalty. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time, but you're never locked in.
What Happens If Payment Fails
We'll notify you immediately and give you 7 days to resolve any payment issues. During this grace period, your dashboard access continues. After 7 days, access is paused (not deleted) until payment is resolved. Your data and project files are always safe.
